Every great neighbourhood needs a meeting place that embraces its inhabitants. 10 Eleven is for you to gather and socialise with great drinks and food. Their ingredients are sourced from the immense variety of provisions from land and sea this bountiful country has to offer. Using their off-set smoker they introduce a new dimension to their dishes,

This establishment has three very distinct bars under the same roof. Make one of these bars your personal venue for your next special night. Open Tuesday-Thursday, 4.30pm-1am, Friday-Sunday, 12 noon-1am.

Est. 1901 delivers a dose of historic charm to the suburb’s main strip. Assuming a prominent spot at 224 Ponsonby Road (right next to Prego) which was formerly tenanted by a butchery for over 70 years, this heritage site has now been transformed into a version of its original self. The result is an embellished time capsule where turn-of-the-century furniture and art create an historic atmosphere in which to enjoy cocktails and drinks. The drinks menu is a history lesson unto itself, with concoctions like the ‘Miss Irvine’ paying homage to the building’s very first owner and the ‘Captain Dedwood’ serving as a nod to Ponsonby’s onetime name (‘Dedwood’). Open Tuesday-Sunday, 3pm-late.

Critically acclaimed chef Nic Watt has drawn inspiration from South American street food and East Asian cuisine to bring you INCA. INCA is inspired by Nic Watt’s travels to Peru where he studied the art of Nikkei cuisine, specifically looking at the influence of Japanese pioneers migrating to Peru at the end of the 19th century.

The roots of this cultural cuisine fusion lie in the significance that both the Japanese and Peruvian traditions hero fresh fish, which is something Nic wanted to ensure complemented the INCA menu.
